The Voice Podcast for Cafe des Voix

Purpose:   To provide Cafe des Voix singers with new repertoire, singers, composers and songwriters and to focus on song presentation and lyric interpretation. 

Through focusing on one or two singers in each episode my hope is to guide singers into some analytical listening leading to expanded repertoire and song presentation.   

Repertoire:  There is a vast songbook of wonderful songs that are left untouched by most singers.  This podcast is focused on bringing those songs to singers of CDV.

Song Presentation:  Many times the singers who have commanded the attention of audiences around the world are not just singers – but they know how to “put over a song” as they used to say in Vaudeville.
